Rates
Our hourly rate is between €295 and €345 excluding VAT. Special circumstances may lead to different arrangements. Costs incurred on behalf of clients, such as the advance payment of court fees, travel expenses and the like, are passed on.

Organisation
The engagement is entered into with Velink & De Die advocaten B.V. Velink & De Die advocaten is a private limited company (BV) with four shareholders: Praktijk Velink B.V., A.C. de Die Beheer B.V., Van der Mersch Holding B.V. and March Pequena B.V. and is a collaborative partnership within the meaning of the Regulation on the Legal Profession.

The private limited company contracts and the lawyers operate externally under the trade name Velink & De Die advocaten. The lawyers are insured for professional liability and liability is limited. Velink & De Die advocaten does not have a third-party funds foundation at its disposal and therefore cannot receive third-party funds.

Areas of law
The lawyers mentioned below have registered in the following main (and sub-)areas of law in the register of legal areas of the Netherlands Bar Association:

• C. Velink is registered in the main area of Health Law.

• A.C. de Die is registered in the main area of Health Law and the sub-area of medical disciplinary law;

• M.F. van der Mersch is registered in the main area of Health Law

• M. de Jong is registered in the main areas of Health Law and Corporate Law

On the basis of this registration, they are required to obtain ten training credits each calendar year in each registered main area of law, in accordance with the standards of the Netherlands Bar Association. Office complaints procedure and Disputes Committee for the Legal Profession: Velink & De Die advocaten is affiliated with the Disputes Committee for the Legal Profession. The office complaints procedure of Velink & De Die advocaten applies to every engagement.
